Insurance Policy

We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company to verify that our physicians are listed under your network and what your network hospital is. Our office is not currently accepting any new public aid cases.

We are willing to bill your insurance for payment of any services provided. After we receive on explanation of your benefits, we will bill you for any balance that is not paid. The balance is expected to be paid in full upon receipt. If you choose not to pay your balance in full within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge a service charge with interest of 2% monthly of your balance until it is paid in full.
